Your account data (name, email, address, progress) is stored securely on Railway infrastructure with encrypted connections.

Your credit report PDF is processed in memory during analysis and is not permanently stored. After your analysis is complete, only the structured results (account categories, amounts, dispute reasons) are retained — not the raw PDF.

Dispute letter progress, document vault uploads, and Credit Coach data are stored in our database and tied to your account.

5. Cookies

Jubilee uses minimal cookies for session management only. We use localStorage to maintain your login session and save your analysis data locally in your browser for fast loading.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics that track you across the web.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your account, analysis data, progress tracking, uploaded documents, and any other data tied to your email within 30 days of your request.

You may also request a copy of all data we have associated with your account by emailing the same address.
