1. Overview
Jubilee is an AI-powered credit repair tool that helps consumers generate dispute letters, negotiation scripts, call scripts, and payoff plans based on their uploaded credit reports. Jubilee is a product of J. Andrews Holdings LLC.
Jubilee is not a law firm, credit counseling agency, or credit repair organization as defined under federal law. Results are not guaranteed. Your individual results will depend on your unique credit history, the accuracy of information on your report, and the actions you take.
2. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Required Disclosure
As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679):
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. The result of your dispute may not be as favorable as if we assisted you. You may review your credit report for free at AnnualCreditReport.com. Jubilee cannot promise that your credit rating will improve. The time it takes to improve your credit rating is not guaranteed, and may depend on your individual circumstances. Jubilee will provide you with a written contract that describes the services to be performed and the payment terms. You have three business days to cancel this contract without charge.
3. Right to Cancel
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have 3 business days from the date of purchase to cancel your contract and receive a full refund. To cancel, email [email protected] within 3 business days of your purchase date.
4. What Jubilee Does
Jubilee provides:
- AI-generated dispute letters personalized to your credit report
- Pay-for-delete negotiation letter templates
- Word-for-word creditor call scripts for rate reductions and hardship programs
- A personalized debt payoff plan based on your account balances
- Ongoing credit coaching tools including goodwill letter generation and score-building guidance
You are responsible for printing, signing, and mailing all dispute letters yourself via certified mail. Jubilee provides the letters — you send them.
5. What Jubilee Does NOT Do
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice
- We do not contact credit bureaus or creditors on your behalf
- We do not guarantee the removal of any item from your credit report
- We do not guarantee any specific credit score improvement
- We do not act as your representative or agent in any dispute process
6. Pricing
Jubilee costs $97 for 6 months of full access, which includes all dispute letters, negotiation scripts, call scripts, and your personalized payoff plan.
After 6 months, you may continue with the Credit Coach tier for $7/month, which provides ongoing credit monitoring tools, goodwill letter generation, and personalized product recommendations. There is no automatic enrollment — you choose whether to continue.
7. Refund Policy
You may cancel within 3 business days of purchase for a full refund, as required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act. After 3 business days, no refunds are issued.
